In order to register, all players will need:
- PHN number (from your BC Care Card)
- doctor's name and phone number
- list of allergies or medications
- email address
- emergency contact: name, phone number, address
- credit card information

* families will be required to provide a post-dated cheque in the amount of $75.00 representing a Volunteer Deposit which will be returned upon the completion of two (2) hours of volunteer time.
Goalie Fees (U14 - +18)
All U14 to +18 full-time goalies pay a reduced fee. Further fee reductions are based on how many pieces of major goalie equipment the player owns. Major pieces of goalie equipment considered are pads, blocker and/or chest protector.

NEW PLAYERS and F/T GOALIES WITH EQUIPMENT
NEW PLAYERS: Please indicate that you are a first-time player to receive the discounted fee ($150 for U9, $250 for all other divisions). All new players will need to provide 2 copies of birth certificate to their team manager at the first practice.
Full-Time GOALIES WITH EQUIPMENT: Please indicate how many pieces of equipment you have in order to receive the appropriate reduced fee (see chart above).
Refund Policy
Refunds of registration fees before September 1st will consist of your registration fee minus a $25 processing fee. Refunds of registration fees after September 1st will be allowed up until January 1st of each season and will consist of your registration fee minus 25% per month and a $25 processing fee. All cancellation requests must be in writing and to the attention of the Registrar
